3. What We Do Not Use

FitOut Insider does not use: • Advertising or retargeting cookies (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Pixel) • Social media tracking pixels • Heatmap or session recording tools (e.g. Hotjar, FullStory) We do use Google Analytics 4 (see Section 2 above), but only if you explicitly accept optional cookies. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no tracking takes place. Your data is never profiled or sold to any third party.

4. Your Consent

The essential authentication cookie is strictly necessary for the Service to function - it enables you to stay logged in. Under PECR, strictly necessary cookies do not require explicit consent. Optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are only set if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you click "Decline", no analytics cookies are set. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies, which will cause the banner to reappear on your next visit.

5. Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings: • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data • Safari: Preferences → Privacy • Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Cookies Note: Blocking the essential session cookie will prevent you from logging in to FitOut Insider.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, particularly if we introduce new features that require additional cookies. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.
