The Founder

Dariusz Kubies

Principal Contractor - Construction Technology Founder

Dariusz spent 20 years in the construction industry, including 12 years as a Project Manager delivering complex fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. During that time he held MCIOB membership with the Chartered Institute of Building.

He has since transitioned into consultancy and building FitOut Insider - a suite of AI-powered tools purpose-built around the workflows he lived every day on site. Every tool reflects real project challenges - from RAMS that pass CDM 2015 scrutiny, to NEC4 Early Warning Notices, to programme delay analysis under the SCL Protocol.

This is not a generic document generator. It is a practical toolkit built around the specific legislation, forms, and workflows used in UK fit-out - and it is being continuously improved based on real project feedback.

Our Philosophy

Guidance, not replacement

These tools assist qualified professionals - they do not replace them. Every output should be reviewed by the relevant professional before use on a live project. We are explicit about this at every stage.

UK-specific, not generic

Every tool is built around UK legislation - CDM 2015, JCT Design & Build 2016, NEC4 ECC, HASAW 1974, MHSWR 1999, and more. Generic AI document generators produce generic outputs. We do not.

Real project complexity

Fit-out has specific challenges that generic tools miss: occupied buildings, multi-storey logistics, government security requirements, heritage constraints, BREEAM targets. We have tools for all of these.

Your data stays yours

We do not store your project inputs, outputs, or documents. Everything you save is stored securely in your account. We are building for people who deal with sensitive commercial and security-clearance projects.
